Overlanders from SA to Namibia, take note of these restrictions: no cooked/processed animal products (frozen suppers, meatballs or chicken drumsticks for padkos, ham for sandwiches, cheese, etc) will be allowed to cross the border - unless you have a valid veterinary import permit.
