Mat had an Eland high on his list but with one condition that it had to be a really old boy. We succeeded with this old warrior, he had really defined ridges on his horns with evidence of fighting off the youngsters over the years. Congratulations Mat.

Ramon was more than happy to help us take out this old grumpy Buffalo in the first photo. He was losing condition and just a miserable old bu**er that didn't like anyone or any animal for that matter. He was spotted numerous times chasing Sable away from the water hole. Without warning on our first stalk on him he charged, Ramon dispatched him quicker than a blink of an eye. The second bull is a magnificent beast. The recovery was difficult and ended at last light. Congratulations on two old warriors.

Results of a great hunt. A heavy boss bull taken by Wade with great shooting skills, he made short work of it with his 9.3 x 62 using Swift A frames in 286gr. After what seemed like an eternity waiting on a shot with very little cover and another old grumpy bull a mear 20 yards from us and nearly busting our cover we managed to sneak a shot. Congratulations Wade on a great bull.
