✨ A New Chapter for Glentowy ✨

We are incredibly excited to share that Glentowy is now under new ownership and officially forms part of the Seclusion portfolio.

From the very beginning, Seclusion has always been about more than simply beautiful properties. For us, it has always been about discovering places with soul — destinations deeply connected to their surroundings, shaped by nature, stillness, and a genuine sense of escape.

The moment we arrived at Glentowy, we knew it belonged within that vision.

Set amongst rolling green pastures, winding rivers, towering mountain views, and complete tranquillity, Glentowy carries a rare atmosphere that cannot be manufactured. There is a timelessness here — a feeling of space, privacy, and calm that immediately invites you to slow down.

What drew us most to the property was its authenticity. Nothing feels overdone or forced. The beauty lies in the simplicity of the landscape itself — open skies, grazing fields, quiet mornings, and the gentle rhythm of life in the valley.

Glentowy is also a place to truly experience the outdoors. Spend the day hiking to the top of the property for sweeping views across the valley, tubing down the river rapids with family and friends, fly fishing in peaceful waters, or simply exploring the landscape at your own pace. Every part of the farm encourages connection with nature and time spent together.

At the centre of it all sits a homestead rich with character and nostalgia, surrounded by nature in every direction. It is the kind of place made for long afternoons on the stoep, meaningful conversation, family connection, and completely unhurried living.

Adding Glentowy to the Seclusion portfolio felt incredibly natural because it carries the same DNA we value so deeply: exceptional land, natural beauty, privacy, and the ability to create a deeply personal escape.

2026 is bringing some exciting changes to Glentowy’s Farm. After 40 years of love, care, adventure and soul growing in our family, we made the decision to part with the farm. Sally and Nick of the AMAZING Seclusion Escapes will be bringing a new era of adventure, elegance, some much needed not biggie-best style (sorry mom), and luxury to Glentowy. We are so excited for everyone involved, for our ability to still visit this special slice of heaven, and to see how they their flare and vision blends into (soon to be) their new home.
