Terms and conditions: * Cancellations / No-show conditions: - Cancellation must be done in writing and faxed / emailed to us. - Cancellation 0-7 days prior to arrival date = 100% of booking - Cancellation 8-14 days prior to arrival date = 50% of booking - Cancellation 14-30 days prior to arrival date = 30% of booking - No show = 100% of booking. No smoking in rooms. No music played from cars. All noise should be quiet by 21:30. No day visitors. Pool area used in full attire at all times. Book-in times: 13:00 - 21:00. Departure: 10:00 strictly. Late arrival should be arrangend prior to arrival. Ask about detailed house rules. NO Agency Commission & VAT @ 14% on the commission included unless stated otherwise. First Come, First serve basis only. Deposit /order number secure space. NO DEPOSIT/ORDER NUMBER NO B&B/FUNCTION. The owner will not be liable for any loss or damage to the property or possessions of guests or visitors, neither to any personal injuries sustained by guests or visitors on the premises. Right of admission reserved. Quotes does not include agencies commission unless stated otherwise and will be levied if agent is commissioned after initial quote.
