A truly special sighting at Ant’s River Lodge 🤩

This beautiful cheetah mum was seen relaxing with her two tiny cubs in Kaingo Game Reserve — a rare and unforgettable moment for our guests.

Cheetah cubs are born with a soft, pale mantle of fur along their backs, which helps camouflage them in the grass and may even make them resemble honey badgers — giving them a little extra protection in the wild.

Kaingo is home to the Big Five and so much more, from big cats and rhino to incredible birdlife, river scenery, open plains and mountain landscapes.

At Ant Africa Safaris, all of our guests feom@other lodges have the opportunity to experience game drives here at Ants River Lodge, and we also offer overnight stays for those wanting to immerse themselves even deeper in this wild and beautiful part of the Waterberg.
