At Lindani, wildlife watching doesn't begin and end with a game drive. Sometimes, the best sightings happen while you're doing something else entirely.

Sometimes you don’t realise how much noise you’ve been carrying until you step away from it.

The traffic, notifications, deadlines and constant rushing feel very different when they’re replaced by birds in the morning, a long walk through the bush, wildlife passing by and an evening around the fire.

Waterbuck are one of those animals you start recognising quickly at Lindani, calm, watchful and usually looking like they know something you don’t.

They’re also perfectly suited to life around water, which is exactly where you’ll often spot them.

Although there won't be a Top of the Waterberg this year, we're already looking forward to the day we can welcome everyone back to Lindani next year.

As many of you know, this year's event was cancelled due to the foot-and-mouth disease outbreak. Our hope is that, if conditions allow, we'll be back in 2027 for another unforgettable weekend of mountain biking, trail running and good company.

Thank you for sticking with us. We can't wait to see you all again when the time is right!
