Atlantic Loft consists of 2 x 2 sleeper units with sea views,100m from the beach, 50m from public transport, restaurants, shops, golf course and a nature reserve. With views of Table Mountain, 'private' access to the beach, a quiet neighbourhood and the lovely people of Melkbos, it is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The luxury Loft is a self catering apartment (60m2)

has expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean and Table mountain (on a clear day), with direct access to the beach (100m). The open plan bedroom (upstairs) has a king-size extra-length bed, full en-suite bathroom (bath and shower) with a separate toilet. A private balcony leads off the bedroom, to expansive sea views and a gas braai. Free WiFi with a flat screen TV and DStv / satellite are included. The private kitchenette (downstairs) has a fridge, microwave, mini stove / oven, kettle, toaster, a filter coffee machine and all the necessary cutlery / crockery and pots and pans. The price is R1099 per night, but we have daily specials, so WhatsApp me for a quote. The smaller Studio is a self catering 'Tiny home inspired' container style unit (25m2), which can accommodate up to 2 guests and features a queen-size bed with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a toilet and shower. It is perfectly suited for romantic getaways or business stays, and is 100m from the beach (private access). Other facilities include free WIFI, a TV with DStv, a walk in closet, a small kitchenette equipped with a mini-fridge, a 2-plate mini-stove and oven, a kettle, filter coffee machine, microwave, toaster, and all the necessary cutlery / crockery and pots and pans.. There is also a gas braai, some outdoor seating and sea views. The price is R799 per night, but we have daily specials, so WhatsApp me for a quote.
