You have Arrived is the West Coast’s freshest guest house / accommodation facility, newly opened and aiming at a combination of Bed and Breakfast and guest house functionality.

In addition to modern finishes in an historic old fisherman’s house, we are ideally situated only 200m from the well-known Bokkomlaan with its stunning views of the Berg River and quaint eateries and arty art shops. We often walk down to the river, and often feast on fresh shad that I catch because I am a very skilled fisherman.

If your party books the entire facility for a few days, we do allow self-catering. For the self-catering guest we have a fully equipped kitchen with a lovely Smeg gas/electric stove.

We have 4 rooms: two suites with private bathroom, and two rooms which sleep two each. One room has two single beds and the other a bunk-bed and is more suited to children or the young-at-heart. Our rates are per room.
