Third Rock Guesthouse and Recreation Third Rock Guesthouse is a distinctive dwelling, dating back to the Anglo­-Boer war, and is situated in the heart of Ventersburg on an acre of land.

About 50km south of Kroonstad and 150km north of Bloemfontein, on the N1, is the little town of Ventersburg. It has approximately 40000 inhabitants. Afrikaans and Sesotho are the dominant languages. Third Rock Guesthouse is a distinctive dwelling, dating back to the Anglo­Boer war, and is situated in the heart of Ventersburg on an acre of land. We have a fully furnished house which can accommo

date up to 6 people. We also have fully furnished rooms available. There are farmstyle Bomas for braai­ing and social get­-togethers. These are constructed in a manner that encourages cohesiveness and team spirit. Ideal for company or any group functions. We have constructed an archetypical labyrinth. Come and lose yourself in the mystery of our desert rose labyrinth. Our garden, which is continuously expanded, boasts a variety of roses and other indigenous plants, shrubs and trees.
