Position Type: Full-time

About Troutways
Troutways lies halfway between Gauteng and the Kruger National Park. Nestled in our own
little valley of the mountains on the Eastern Escarpment, situated 2km outside Waterval
Boven.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all farm operations, property maintenance and guest management.
- Manage and supervise farm staff, contractors, and seasonal workers
- Monitor and maintain farm equipment, ensuring proper use and servicing
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Liaise with guests and stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Farm Manager with experience working with guests
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to plan, organise, and prioritise tasks effectively
- Ability to take initiative
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license (essential)

- Excellent communication skills
