Hi everyone, I'm Tiff!

I'm excited to introduce myself as the new manager here at iKhayalamafu. My partner and I have relocated to make this beautiful valley home, and getting to spend my days looking after this piece of the Berg (and the guests lucky enough to visit) genuinely feels like a dream.

I'll be the friendly face welcoming you at check-in, sorting out bookings, and making sure everything runs smoothly during your stay. If you're planning a visit, don't hesitate to reach out, I'd love to help you plan the perfect Berg getaway.

Hi everyone, it's Philip and Anabel here 👋

We're so excited to introduce ourselves as the new owners of iKhayalamafu. Our family has been part of Ch*****ne Valley for decades, and these mountains have always held a special place in our hearts.

Our plan is to protect what makes this place so special, and to ensure it stays a haven for flora, fauna and humans alike.

We can't wait to share this place with you and to begin this next chapter!🩷

Hard to beat views like this 😍

Some snapshots from our trail adventures this week - a quiet rest spot in the shade of the indigenous forest, ancient cycads clinging to the slopes, and that first big reveal of the high mountain peaks once you clear the treeline ... just magical!

Keartland's Pass, Nandi's Falls, Blind Man's Corner... the trail network right on our doorstep means you can be deep in the mountains within a few minutes of leaving your cozy cabin. Bring a camera along and keep an eye out for the locals (this little resident skink seemed very unbothered by us).

Snow on the mountains this morning ❄️

It may not last long - the Berg is already warming as we inch closer to Spring - but right now it is absolutely extraordinary😍

There is truly nowhere better to be in this weather than inside a cabin with a fire going and this view outside your window.
