This elevated house is set in a natural and secure environment surrounded by enormous acacia trees with an abundance of bird and animal life with lovely bush views.
There are a few small dams where you can enjoy fishing on a catch and release basis. For the hiking enthusiasts there is nowhere more beautiful to take a morning hike and enjoy the natural beauty which surrounds you, or enjoy sundowners at one of the two picnic sites on the farm nestled under the acacia trees, while listening to the rustling of animal feet grazing nearby.
Game to be viewed on the farm include, Giraffe, Zebra, Wildebeest, Impala, Springbok, Kudu, Eland, Blesbok, Nyala, Sable and a diverse range of beautiful birds.
Popular activities nearby; world class golf courses, hiking at Monks Cowl and Champagne Castle, Thokozisa Cultural Center, Drakensburg canopy tours and canyoning, Falcon Ridge birds of prey show, wine tasting at Cathedral Peak Wine Estate and MTB biking are just a few activities very close by.

DSTV and WIFI
Access to the farm is along a gravel district road and all roads on the farm are gravel. If you are coming from KZN and would prefer to avoid a long gravel road please drive via Winterton Village.
This route still has a very short section of gravel which has pot holes but a lot less than coming via the usual route from KZN.
