I have been extremely busy but I honestly owe you and The KWASU Apartments a review. I thought of sharing it now.

As someone who genuinely appreciates beautiful spaces, thoughtful design and exceptional hospitality, I don’t hand out compliments lightly. Our family stayed at Kwasu Apartments in Chipata from 24th–28th June, and I can confidently say it was one of the most memorable stays we’ve had. Every detail, from the elegant décor and impeccable cleanliness to the beautifully furnished apartments, has been thoughtfully curated to create a space that feels both refined and wonderfully like home.

What truly elevates Kwasu Apartments, however, is its people. The warmth, professionalism and genuine kindness of every member of staff transformed an already beautiful stay into an unforgettable experience. Hospitality isn’t simply offered here ,it is lived, and you feel it from the moment you arrive.

One thing about me: I find it almost impossible to summarise truly exceptional experiences. So, Kwasu, this is me being remarkably modest, there is so much more I could say that words simply cannot hold. 😊 Our children have already decided that whenever we’re in Chipata, there is only one place they’ll call home, and I couldn’t agree more. Thank you for creating a destination where elegance, comfort and heartfelt hospitality exist in perfect harmony.

The United Nation's Department of Safety and Security (Zambia/Africa - Division of Field Operations) Approved The KWASU Apartments as one of the two facilities for VIP accomodation in Chipata.

We are also the only apartments with a 4* rating by Booking.com in eastern province.

If you are thinking VIP/VVIP, think KA!
