Brec Lodge is seeking a skilled, passionate, and professional Chef to join our hospitality team.

Requirements:
✅ Professional qualification in Food Production, Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field
✅ Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role (added advantage) with traceable references
✅ Ability to prepare a wide variety of local and international dishes
✅ Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen management practices
✅ Strong organizational and time-management skills
✅ Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
✅ Good communication and customer service skills
Responsibilities:
• Plan and prepare high-quality meals
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
• Monitor food stock levels and minimize wastage
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Contribute to menu planning and food presentation
