Requirements:

Professional qualification in Food Production, Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field
β
Minimum of 2 yearsβ experience in a similar role (added advantage) with traceable references
β
Ability to prepare a wide variety of local and international dishes
β
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen management practices
β
Strong organizational and time-management skills
β
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
β
Good communication and customer service skills
Responsibilities:
β’ Plan and prepare high-quality meals
β’ Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
β’ Monitor food stock levels and minimize wastage
β’ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
β’ Contribute to menu planning and food presentation
