Meet Elizabeth or Eliza as we all call her. Eliza heads up the housekeeping department and makes sure all the rooms are kept “spick and span”

She is always smiling, always happy 😊 this is something we admire very much. Eliza has impaired hearing but this does not stop her from getting the job done with a huge smile on her face.
