The basic idea and concept of our Guesthouse Project is to create a bridge between our Austrian warm hearted accommodation and guesthouse tradition and African local tradition - it will give our guests the feeling of being back in Austria.....for some time..... through our " The Little Austria Experience " in Livingstone, Zambia. The interior and exterior will be built and decorated with a rustic
wood element including cosy, inviting sitting areas - handmade rustic wooden tables with benches and wooden chairs made in Zambia. On the outside walls, there will be an impression of a typical Austrian guesthouse. The new guesthouse Bludenz, in Livingstone, will be with Austrian styled themes both inside and outside. Outside of the guesthouse, we will offer a typical Austrian styled " Heuriger " which is a traditional kind of beer & wine garden, decorated with grapevines, berry bushes where guests will enjoy delicious sweet & savory Austrian plus other specialties with a glass of wine or beer. It will also offer a small traditional cafe called " Kaffeehaus" a cosy and relaxing place with daily newspapers, sweet & delicious Austrian confectionery and classic coffeehouse.
