Today, i am making tomato paste and puree..

For paste...

- blend the over ripe/damaged tomatoes.
- also blend some beetroot and a few onions
- add some coarse salt (presevative) and olive
oil.
- boil until it thickens, then add your blended beetroot and onions. let it cool and then store in your glass jars.
