Two one-bedroom cottages with en-suite shower, kitchenette, fan, solar/inverter backup, fridge, two-plate gas stove, Smart TV, Queen-size bed, and clean, fresh bedding.

Rate: K1,500 per night for a maximum of two people.

Additionally, two separate en-suite bedrooms are available, featuring free Wi-Fi, bar fridge, Queen-size bed, and shared common lounge and dining area.

Rate: K1,100 per night for double occupancy, and K900 per night for single occupancy, including continental breakfast.

Amenities include safe parking and a pleasant garden area.

Welcome to D & M Place, located in Roma Extension area (40m off Zambezi Road in Roma, Lusaka - Zambia).

Rates: (Incl. Continental Breakfast)
- $65 per night for double occupancy
- $55 per night for single occupancy

Check in: 14hrs
Check out: 11hrs
Early or late check-outs can be discussed with the host.

Each of the rooms are non smoking. Each
room is onsuite with a shower. It has a queen size bed, fresh bed linen & towels, bar fridge and air conditioning. You have two optional rooms with a private pergola.

Shared spaces or common areas include, a spacious lounge, dinning and garden area. In addition, we have free wifi, safe & free parking.

Facilities around the area:

D & M Place is centrally located, within 5km radius of shopping centres, hospitals, police stations, conference centre, restaurants & entertainment venues. Its within a growing Lusaka CBD.
