Position: Housekeeper / Bar Lady
Location: Brixton Lodge-Mongu
Brixton Lodge is looking for a hardworking, honest and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Housekeeper / Bar Lady. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the lodge and providing excellent service to guests at the bar.
Key Responsibilities
• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and lodge premises to high standards.
• Change bed linen, towels and replenish guest supplies.
• Ensure public areas are clean and welcoming at all times.
• Serve drinks and attend to customers at the bar in a professional manner.
• Handle cash and maintain accurate records of sales.
• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized and well stocked.
• Provide friendly and courteous service to all guests.
Requirements
• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or bar service or certificate in hospitality will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Honest, reliable and hardworking.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Must be presentable and able to work well with others.
