POSITION : CHEF/BAR TENDER

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

• Certificate in General Hospitality
• Work experience as a Chef in reputable Lodges
and Hotels.
• Preparation of meals in a most timely
manner.
• Preparation of different high quality dishes
both local and international cuisines
• Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking and
pastry techniques.
• Leadership skills and be able to set up
menus.
• Familiarity with sanitation regulations and
health guidelines.
• Able to multitask in the Kitchen & Bar sections

RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure that clean linens are supplied to the entire Lodge on time

Ensure that the entire room including bathroom section is neatly set and ready for Guest occupancy before 10am

Among the responsibilities include rooms general cleaning, linen washing, drying, pressing and folding.
