​💼 OPEN POSITIONS
​1. Sales & Marketing Officer (The Sissing Sanctuary - TSS)
• ​Sales Driven: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to aggressively drive bookings and revenue.
• ​Target Oriented: Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed monthly performance and growth targets.
• ​Build strong relationships with travel agents, corporate partners, and international clients.
• ​Identify new market opportunities and build strategic partnerships.
​2. Food & Beverage Officer (Palm Wood Lodge - PWL)
• ​Stock Control: Strict management of bar stocks, inventory, and precise daily/weekly reconciliations.
• ​Oversee daily F&B operations, maintaining top-tier service standards and guest satisfaction.
• ​Manage restaurant and kitchen teams, focusing on cost efficiency and waste reduction.
• ​Enforce and maintain strict hygiene, health, and quality standards.
​📋 REQUIREMENTS (Both Positions)
• ​Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the hospitality industry (lodges, hotels, or restaurants).
• ​Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive, proactive attitude.
• ​Valid driver’s licence.
• ​Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• ​Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
