We would like to urge travellers coming to Zimbabwe to carry cash in smaller denominations as well as with the current cash issue, one may find it difficult to get your change from service providers.

Bringing the Rand would be fine but the current USD/ZAR cross rate at the moment may disadvantage you seriously.

We urge travellers to always first ask if there is change for any particular denomination of money as after buying one may find out there is no change.
