Our guide Henry and his guests recently had a brilliant encounter with a Kori bustard, which happens to be Africa’s heaviest flying bird. Seeing the sheer effort it takes for a giant like this to take flight is something the guests on board won’t forget anytime soon.

The sighting of a lifetime!

There are moments in the bush that leave even the most seasoned guides completely speechless. Recently, our team had the ultimate privilege of encountering this magnificent Pangolin, free, thriving, and moving peacefully through the wild.

As the most trafficked mammal on earth, these gentle, prehistoric-looking creatures are incredibly rare and notoriously elusive. To protect its safety, we are keeping its exact location a secret, but we couldn't resist sharing the sheer magic of this moment.

Seeing a pangolin relaxed in its natural habitat is a powerful reminder of why we protect these wild spaces. Hwange never ceases to amaze us.
