Did you know that apart for the beautiful red scenery it provides, the Msasa Tree bark contains tannin which is used in tanning hides a process of naturally treating animal skins making them malleable and durable. The bark extract is also used to treat diarrhoea whilst a decoction is also made to treat conjunctivitis.

Take a stroll in the Gosho Park, Marondera and enjoy a cool picnic under the Msasa shade.
