Another fabulous review, another crazy happy reaction from me! Yep I still get stupidly dizzy every time a review comes in - I guess it’s the mix of being so, so fond of Beach Break and the pure joy I get out of hosting and chatting with our gorgeous guests and making sure their time in this little seaside villa is also fabulous.

If I had my time over I’d have a gaggle of Airbnb properties … love everything about it 🥰

Beach Break is having a touch of work done to her facade!
🏠
This is stage #1 - the removal of a few bushes either side of our rather lovely NZ Christmas tree.
Stage #2 starts next week - a new large single pane front window (with uninterrupted ocean views) and a new front door.
Stage #3 soon after - rendering the brickwork and giving her a fresh coat of paint.
And stage #4 (when funds permit) - landscaping the front area with gravel and native grasses and a picnic table out the front with a retro umbrella ⛱️
Can’t wait to make her quirky ‘a little touch of Palm Springs in Apollo Bay’ facade look glamorous and gorgeous! 💙
