McCabe Farm Farm stay in Brookton, WA. You will not have the same experience on each visit but gain a insight into the reality's of the seasonality of farming.

Choose between our 1909 mud brick cottage, our modern Tiny Away cabin or enjoy camping under the stars, all set on a working farm with friendly animals and river walks. McCabe Farm is a small family run farm that opens the gate to all wishing to gain a little insight into how food is grown in the wheatbelt of WA, with a long history of sharing our farm with the public and providing somewhere that

you can either star gaze and just listen to the birds or see first hand sheep work and daily farm jobs, depending on the time of year you will see different things happening.

Bring your kids to work day, but for us it's every day 🚜

Meet our newest recruits: Matilda and Henry. They're still learning the ropes, but they've already worked out the best seat in the house is up on the ute tray, water bottle in hand.

Neither of us really "clocks off" out here, and now these two are coming along for the ride too, getting properly acquainted with mud, dogs, and everything else farm life throws at you. 🐾

200 merinos 🐑 crossbreed rams over them, wool from the ewes and lambs sold off along the way.

Not a huge part of the farm, but it all adds up... and none of it happens without Dog and Angel doing the mustering. 🐾
