CONTACT TRACING - PLEASE SHARE: A Public Health Alert has been issued for parts of Brisbane following yesterday’s confirmed case of COVID-19.
High risk - People who attended these venues at the relevant times are asked to monitor their health, isolate for 14 days and immediately get tested if they get any COVID-19 symptoms:
• Morning After Café, corner of Vulture & Cambridge St, West End - Thursday 11 March 2021 2pm to 3.15pm
• Corporate Box Gym, East Brisbane, 368A Logan Road, Greenslopes - Thursday 11 March 2021 5.45pm to 7pm
• Stones Corner Hotel, 346 Logan Road, Stones Corner - Thursday 11 March 2021 7pm to 7.45pm
Low risk - People who attended these venues at the relevant times are asked to monitor their health and immediately get tested if they get any COVID-19 symptoms:
• McDonald’s, 235 Old Cleveland Road, Coorparoo - Thursday 11 March 2021 3.10am to 3.20am (drive through)
• Corporate Box Gym, East Brisbane, 368A Logan Road, Greenslopes - Thursday 11 March 2021 7pm to 9pm
The gym is in both high risk and low risk categories. The high risk is when the case was present. Those present at the gym at that time need to quarantine for 14 days. People at the gym between the period of 7-9pm on Thursday the 11 March is considered low risk but people who were there need to monitor for symptoms.
People who are close contacts will be contacted directly by the Public Health Unit.
It is important to stay home if you are sick. If you have any COVID-19 symptoms, no matter how mild, get tested.
Stay 1.5 metres away from other people - think two big steps.
Wash your hands with soap and water, or hand sanitiser.
Leave the location if it is crowded.
