What an incredible night. A sold out Greenhouse, five courses, eight wines, and a room full of people who clearly know how to have a good time. 🇦🇺 × 🇫🇷

A massive thank you to everyone who joined us — and to the team who made it happen. Chef Akhilesh Singh and the kitchen crew, Michael Gregg from Red and White and Mezzanine who hosted and matched the wines beautifully, and the incredible Will Metzler Good Time Jazz Ensemble who set the tone for the whole evening. 🎷

The duck confit? An absolute favourite on the night. Not surprised. 🦆
