One of the things guests often notice at Wildnest Wilderness is the space.

The accommodation is not lined up side by side or sitting on top of each other. It is intentionally set within the landscape so guests can feel tucked away in their own pocket of private bushland.

Our latest Journal explores secluded accommodation near Bathurst, including the Wilderness Glamping Tents for couples and TinyNest for couples, small families and adventurous stays.

If you have been craving privacy, stillness, off-grid comfort and a little more room to breathe, this one is for you.

Read the Journal and start planning your Wildnest Wilderness stay.

Still thinking about how to make Father’s Day a little special and outside the gift box?

We’ve got a pretty good place to take Dad! TinyNest at Wildnest Wilderness.

Pack the BBQ favourites. Bring the good snacks. Queue up the songs that get him singing.

Have a picnic on the deck, turn it into a little game night or gather around the fire and tell a few stories you’ve probably heard before and tell them again anyway! 😂

Sounds like just the thing for the man of the house.

And if Dad would prefer a weekend in the Capertee Valley, you can book both tents at Wildnest Farmstay. Just send us a DM and we’d be more than happy to arrange it for you.

Because sometimes, the best gift is simply spending a little more time together.

Today we’re celebrating our beautiful Andrea — not only because it’s her birthday, but because today also marks three years of having her as part of our Wildnest team 🤍

Put simply, Andrea is our right arm. She keeps Peter and I on track, keeps Wildnest ticking along behind the scenes, and has very much become family.

She’s also the friendly face and voice you’ll often meet at the beginning and end of your Wildnest stay — quietly making sure all the little details are taken care of and that you feel looked after along the way.

She may, in fact, be a little cross with me for posting this because it most definitely wasn’t in her content plan and there’s every chance I’m ruining her carefully curated grid. Sorry, Andrea. 😘

Last year, Andrea travelled all the way from her home in the Philippines to spend time with us at Wildnest. And quite frankly, once she arrived, we wanted to keep her. She later wrote the most beautiful reflection about her time here, which you can read on our Wildnest Journal. Seeing Wildnest through her eyes was something pretty special.

Andrea, you are an absolute delight of a human — inside and out — and we feel incredibly lucky that life brought you into ours.

Please join us in wishing our wonderful Andrea a very **happy birthday AND happy three-year Wildnest anniversary**. 🥂🌿

We love you, Andrea. And yes… you can fix the grid next week after your mini break. 🤍

At Wildnest, you might hear a few more birds than notifications. We reckon that’s a good thing! A little further from busy, a lot closer to nature.

TinyNest makes it easy to stay just a little longer.

Nature has a way of creating its own palette — and at Wildnest Farmstay, in the heart of Capertee Valley, no two days quite look the same.

Just another reason we love this place. No filters, just the real thing.

A Week to Think at TinyNest is a Monday to Sunday stay designed for focus, clarity and a slower kind of productivity.

Set within Wildnest Wilderness near Bathurst, TinyNest offers fresh country air, quiet mornings, firelight, long walks and space away from the usual rhythm of emails, meetings and interruptions.

There is no Wi-Fi, but there is phone reception if you need to briefly check in with the team. You can come on your own, invite a colleague for a planning session, or have your partner and kids join you for the weekend.

Luxury isn't always marble floors and city lights.

Sometimes it's an outdoor bath beneath the stars.

A slow fire.

A king bed.

Wide escarpment views.

And nowhere else you need to be.

Our latest Journal explores why luxury glamping in Capertee Valley feels so different.

Try cosy as your next destination.

Escape the noise and settle into the quiet of winter.

A warm drink, glowing fires, crisp mornings that melt into star-filled nights, and nothing on the agenda.

Spend your days by the fire, lost in good conversation, and your nights wrapped in the kind of deep, restful sleep only nature can bring.

Discover winter the Wildnest way.

There's always something waiting to be discovered at Wildnest... like the Nest Library, tucked near our Wilderness glamping tents.

Whether you're escaping into the pages of a good book, sharing a board game over a fresh cup of coffee, or stepping outside to explore the night sky through the telescope, it's the perfect place for a slow afternoon or a peaceful morning with nothing on the agenda but rest.
