Airbnb has shifted to a 15.5% host fee, while marketing it as a “no fee” experience for guests (even though prices will likely rise to cover it).

VRBO/Stayz is increasing host fees from 5% to 12% (+ GST) and it’s unclear if guests will keep paying a booking fee on top.
