As the year unfolds, we’ve found ourselves returning to conversations about pace, rhythm and the quieter forms of restoration that often arrive when space is made for them.

For the first edition of In Conversation With, we sat down with Sara Victoria (Sara Victoria ), whose work has moved between bodywork, design, architecture and astrology. While varied in form, each practice is connected by a shared attentiveness to rhythm in the body, in our environments and in the natural cycles that shape our lives.

Together, we explore restoration, wellbeing, creativity and the importance of paying attention to what is often overlooked.

Autumn, you were colourful and generous.

A season of new life, long walks, shared tables and quiet work behind the scenes.

Across the farm, calves arrived in the paddocks, honey was collected from the hive and the garden was prepared for the season ahead.

Beyond the gates, we followed new roads, discovered new places and returned to old favourites. From ancient landscapes to colourful walls, North East Victoria continues to surprise and inspire us.

At Dunmore, we welcomed guests from near and far, gathered around long tables, celebrated love and shared a morning of sound, stillness and connection.

The fires were lit. The leaves turned. The nights grew longer and amongst it all were the simple moments that often become the most memorable. Children running through the paddocks, walks along the laneway, full tables, starry skies and the steady rhythm of life on the farm.

Thank you to everyone who spent part of the season with us.
