We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Motel Receptionist to join our team. You’ll welcome guests, assist with check-ins and check-outs, handle enquiries, and help ensure every guest enjoys a pleasant stay.

# # # What you’ll do
- Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service
- Manage reservations, check-ins and check-outs
- Answer phone and email enquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Keep reception areas tidy and assist with general motel duties
- Serve alcohol responsibly and help with our restaurant when required

# # # What we’re looking for
- A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate — essential
- Availability to work morning and evening shifts, including weekends
- Friendly, professional communication and a strong customer-service focus
- Reliable, organised and comfortable working independently
- Previous reception or hospitality experience is an advantage

Winning Post Motor Inn and The Horatio Motel is currently looking for an all rounder with background in admin and restaurant/cafe service to cover roles in both the Winning Post Motor Inn and The Horatio Motel. The right applicant Must hold a current RSA license and be and be willing to have flexability to cover shifts across 7 days where required. The role will include some set shifts in our reception areas and restaurant, Charnwood Food and W**e for breakfast and dinner service. The position is on a casual basis.
