"Pre‑conference support was outstanding. Shannon went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of well before we arrived. Her responsiveness and willingness to accommodate our needs made the entire planning process effortless.
During the conference, it genuinely felt like the Silkari team became an extension of our own business. The rooms were perfectly prepared each day, and everything we had discussed in advance was delivered exactly as promised. Their communication plan throughout the event was excellent, allowing us to make small last‑minute adjustments smoothly and without stress.
The food was a standout. The conference catering was some of the best we’ve had anywhere - fresh, generous, and consistently high quality. We also hosted an on‑site conference dinner, which was a great experience. The views were spectacular, and while there were a few mixed opinions on some dishes, the overall feedback from the group was very positive.
In short, the Silkari delivered a seamless, professional, and highly enjoyable conference experience. We left feeling extremely well looked after and would happily return for future events.
