🐋A GREAT STORY, A GREAT JOURNEY, AND A BRIGHT FUTURE AHEAD! 🐋
At Orca Recruitment, there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing someone grow, overcome challenges, and build a successful career in the crane industry. 💙🐋
It’s been an absolute pleasure having Luke Villa as part of our team and being a part of his journey. Luke’s story, recently featured in Crane & Lifting Magazine, is a powerful reminder of what determination, the right support, and the right opportunities can achieve.
We’re incredibly proud to have supported Luke along the way and to have helped him take the next step in his career. We’ve now placed Luke with one of our major clients, giving him the opportunity to continue developing his skills, building his future, and contributing to an industry that plays such an important role across Australia.
Luke’s journey is exactly what Orca Recruitment is all about — more than just filling positions. It’s about building relationships, opening doors, supporting people, and helping good operators and tradespeople reach their full potential.
A huge thank you to Luke Villa for trusting us to be part of his journey. We wish him every success in this next chapter, and we look forward to seeing what the future holds!
As Luke’s story shows, sometimes all it takes is the right opportunity and a team willing to back you.
We don’t just recruit talent — we help build careers. 🐋💙
