Parisian Pedigree: A graduate of the world-renowned l’Ecole Superieure de Cuisine Francaise in Paris, Francois spent years honing his craft in the city’s most prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants.

Strasbourg Success: He later returned to Strasbourg to open his first bistro and his acclaimed fine-dining flagship, L’Atelier du Gout (The Workshop of Taste).

Perth Expertise: Since moving to WA, Francois served as Head Chef at the celebrated *Bistro des Artistes* in Subiaco, working alongside the legendary Alain Fabregues.

Western Australia is defined by space, exclusivity and contrast, where world-class beaches, acclaimed wine regions and remote luxury experiences exist within one state. Tourism WA highlights everything from oceanfront escapes in Perth to luxury journeys through Rottnest, Margaret River and Ningaloo.

Rottnest Island (Wadjemup) is one of WA’s most iconic premium day-trip and short-stay destinations. It sits just 19 kilometres off the Perth coast, is known for its crystal-clear bays, 63 beaches, car-free island pace, and its famous quokkas, found in the wild here in large numbers.
