Receptionist Position Available – Roma Explorers Inn
Roma Explorers Inn Motel & Function Centre is currently seeking a friendly, reliable, and professional Receptionist to join our team.
About the Role:
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth front desk operation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcoming and checking in/out guests
• Managing reservations and phone enquiries
• Handling payments and daily reconciliations
• Assisting with guest requests and general enquiries
• Coordinating with housekeeping and other departments
About You:
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Well-presented and professional
• Good computer skills (experience with ROOMMASTER is a plus)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Previous hospitality or reception experience preferred
