There was no fixed sequence. Watermelon with mint, oysters with finger lime, betel leaf ci**rs, wagyu skewers, kangaroo larb, lamb ribs with panang, and mango sticky rice came and went - passed, tasted, revisited.
The food didn’t sit still. Neither did the table. Nat’s cooking kept everything in motion. Dishes built to be shared, conversations built to follow.
