PUBLIC NOTICE FROM THE AIRPORT AUTHORITY

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF DEADMAN’S CAY AIRPORT

The public is hereby advised that in an effort to enhance the aviation industry, and in particular, aviation services provided in Long Island, operations at the Deadman's Cay Airport will be suspended for approximately 7 months with effect from January 19, 2026 to facilitate necessary improvements.

As of January 19, 2026 all aviation operations and services from Deadman's Cay will be suspended and instead will be facilitated at the Stella Maris Airport. This applies to all commercial, private, and general aviation services.

Passengers, operators, and service providers are encouraged to make the necessary arrangements for operations via Stella Maris Airport.

The Airport Authority thanks the public for its cooperation during this transition. Additional updates will be provided as required.
