By entering this promotion, all participants are consenting and agreeing to be fully bound and abide by these terms and conditions. These rules govern participation in the Madamz BnB Daily Promotion (the "Promotion").
Eligibility and Entry Requirements
1. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
2. To enter the draw, entrants must LIKE the official Madamz BnB promotional post and COMMENT "I love Madamz" on the same post during the defined entry period-(12:00 PM-to-3:00 PM CAT).
3.The Promotion will be posted at 12:00 PM (Noon) CAT on days when it is available to run. The availability of the Promotion is at the sole discretion of Madamz BnB management and is subject to daily room occupancy rates. The competition may not run every day.
𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫
1 .The Daily Draw will be held at 3:00 PM CAT on competition days.
2 .One (1) winner will be randomly selected daily from the qualified entries (likes and comments). The selection may be made with or without the aid of a computer-generated random-picker.
3 .Call Limit: A notification call will be made to the contact number provided or found on our database. We reserve the right to ring the prospective winner up to a maximum of three (3) times. If the call is not answered after the third attempt, the prize will be deemed forfeited, and an alternative winner will be selected immediately without further notice.
4.Confirmation: The prospective winner must, upon contact, confirm their availability to take up the "free accommodation" on that specific day and their ability to pay the compulsory P75 breakfast fee.
5 .The final winner will be announced on the official Madamz BnB social media page thereafter.
𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
1 .Mandatory Purchase: To officially claim the prize, the winning guest MUST pay for the Standard Breakfast for one (1) person at the rate of P75.00. This purchase is compulsory.
2 .No Postponement: The room is only available and reserved for the specific day the competition has run. The prize is not transferrable to another guest, cannot be postponed, converted to cash, or applied to a future date under any circumstances.
3. Guest Allowance: The winning guest may bring one (1) accompanying partner to stay in the room. The maximum occupancy for the standard room remains two (2) guests.
4 .The accompanying partner may purchase an additional Standard Breakfast at the rate of P75.00 but is under no obligation to do so.
5 .Madamz BnB Management reserves the right to amend these Official Rules or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
