Need a camping dinner idea? BBQ pizza was a family favourite for us.
I would buy a pizza kit. I had pre cut any toppings that our family loved like pepperoni, mushrooms, green peppers etc. I had pre-grated mozzarella cheese at home. Put the pizza kit together as per the instructions and placed the dough on a greased foil sheet pan that would fit on my BBQ, then added my toppings. Heat the BBQ to highest heat and throw the pizza in and close the lid and turn off the heat. This was usually enough to cook it right through. If you want a crispy crust cook for about 5 min on high then turn off the heat.
