Forest Golf Club & Inn is offering Thanksgiving Dinners To-Go for pick up on Sunday October 11th. Simply place your order by Wednesday October 7th and select your pick-up time (available every half hour from 11:00am-2:30pm). All Thanksgiving dinners are pre-cooked and ready to serve.

Let Chef Glenn and his culinary team, prepare your Thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings so you can spend more time with family and friends.

All Dinners Include:

*Full Size Grade A Seasoned and Basted Turkey.

*House-made Dressing made with turkey stock, pan juices, sage and seasonings. Dressing is prepared seperate from the turkey (No MSG).

*Brussels Sprouts sauteed in butter with onions, salt and pepper.

*Squash, steamed, then pureed, seasoned with honey and orange zest.

*Roasted Potatoes with rosemary.

*Gravy made with brown turkey stock.

*Cranberry Sauce made with fresh cranberries cooked in apple, lemon and orange juice with citrus zest, sugar, ginger and spices.

*Apple Blossom dessert with a side of caramel sauce.

Join us at Forest Golf Club & Inn for Lady Ophelia’s benefit auction with cocktails at 6:30pm (cash bar). Your 4-course plated & served dinner begins after the first act at 7pm.

It’s 1967 and Lady Ophelia is hosting a benefit auction of her fine jewels in aid of world peace. James Blonde has been sent in to protect the Peace Diamond if he can!

Your 4-Course Themed Dinner

Act One
Scrambled eggs wrapped in smoked salmon with Masago caviar atop frisée with basil oil.
*Vegetarian Option - replace fish with SaVoy cabbage.

Act Two
Mixed greens in a cucumber ring with enoki mushrooms and mixed berry vinaigrette.

Act Three
Chicken Ballotine with Chorizo Sausage and Brie cheese atop creamed spinach and carrots Vichy Polenta crescents.
