Good Morning Folks. I have decided to start a waiting list for those who are not ready to start a seasonal commitment for 2026 but might be ready by 2027 or 2028.

A Non-refundable $100 deposit gets you on that list and I will call on availability as spots become available. Beginning in order as deposits are received. If you decide to take a seasonal for 2027, I will deduct that deposit off of your seasonal total.

If you're looking for a seasonal in the near future, here is a wonderful opportunity to get ahead of the game and make a solid plan with us!

🌱 WELL… we officially broke ground on the new community garden today.

Soooo lettuce help you find the perfect spot 😏

I absolutely love when one of my “hey… hear me out.. we're gonna do this thing... 👀” ideas gets the thumbs up from Andrew and then we work side by side bringing it to life.

Gardening, fresh vegetables, and knowing where my food comes from has always been a huge passion of mine. Dirty hands and growing your own food feels so rewarding inside & out.

Honestly… it’s also just another little place for our lil community to connect.

Also fun fact… scientifically proven: playing in dirt literally gives you dopamine 🤙 so honestly this project is basically therapy. We got you haha.

PICKLEBALL PEOPLE… and wannabes 👀🏓

PICKLEBALL DROP-INS ARE HAPPENING AT Green Valley RV and Cabins

Saturdays 11:00-1:00
Starting June 6th

A fun way to:
• rotate into games

• meet other players

• play even if you don’t have a full team

• jump in solo if you don’t have a partner

• and bonus… get some exercise in

• come and go as you please

Just fun, community-style pickleball for all skill levels

Just a reminder too, we do keep paddles and balls at the court at all times for the Green Valley & Lakeview community to use anytime
