Fall retreats.

We are excited to share about our last two retreats of the season. We will be making an appearance for these ones alongside of our community of facilitators that we are bringing into the space.

We have 2 spaces available for the wild rest retreat moveme12-16th (with option for 5 or 3 days depending on what you can take) and 3 for our sacred vision and purpose. We are also happy to do extended payment plans if you feel the call to join us.

Wild rest retreat: we wanted to create a retreat with a focus on self care and nourishment especially this time of year where we can all be feeling the burn out of life. Self nourishment is not a luxury but a necessity. To be recharged and held so we can replenish our resources is so deeply important not just to our own well being but to those we tend to and serve, community and family. With this retreat we are offering both group and private sessions with each person that includes the option of adding a cranial sacral session or Akashic reading plus time and space held with the herd.

If you are feeling depleted by life and you know taking space to tend to you is something you need to create we would love to have you.

Sacred purpose and vision: the intention of this retreat is about grounding and landing yourself in your next year, for your personal journey and also for what you are being called into for your purpose and spaces you hold.

We go to the herd for feedback and clarity on your goals and intentions for a new year, and what you are being asked to embody both in yourself and your creations so you can see fruition to your vision.

If you are not clear on what you are wanting to call in for a new year and or you are looking for a space that will help you forecast and vision for a new year that is both intuitive and practical this retreat is for you.

It will be blend of space and time with the herd plus myself and our co facilitor to help you create a clear map and vision for you and your creations for a new year. I do this process every year and it really helps me ground into and bring to life what we want for both ourselves and our business and how that holds our purpose.

Vision and Roots: The Retreat. October 3-5.

We have 1 space left for our retreat in a couple of weeks Vision and Roots.

For anyone that wants to join us last minute.

This retreat is about bringing together the depth and space of our visions for life and purpose while rooting into the wisdom of the land, horse medicine and indegenious teaching. We are coming together with two wise indegenious women in Carol Archie and Tamara Archie and the horses to find our path in anchoring into the wisdom and healing of self as a doorway to connect to the visions that are calling to us.

Retreat takes place at our retreat center north of Kamloops BC, and includes your accommodation in a private cabin, meals, and 3 days of facilitation and teaching with our herd and facilitators.

First Nations Horse Healing Retreats.

For the last 5 years we have had the deep privilege of being able to create and hold healing retreats for local bands. It is some of our most fulfilling spaces to hold.

We have recently created a space on our epona website sharing more about the retreats and are looking forward to continuing to do our best to develop and support this space over the years.

We love being able to create custom experiences for the band, in retreats, working with what feels most supportive and we have included some retreats and themes that have landed deeply in the past.

We are so grateful to all the community members that have come to retreats over the years here and that we have been able to meet.

We have weekends held for the summer and fall as well moving into this year.

If you are interested or called to create a retreat with us, we would love to.

These retreats are held specifically for first nations community, we always work in connection with the band to create a retreat experience that is most aligned to what they are looking for.

The Honouring of Elderhood Retreat: June 9-13th 2025.

We have 1 space left for our honoring our elderhood retreat occurring next month.

This retreat was birthed in co-creation with our herd in wanting to create space to honor where we feel held in the cycle of elderhood and it's calling to us.

This retreat is for anyone that resonates with the theme and space of elderhood, regardless of age.

Elderhood is a calling and that calling is internal, how do we find what our calling in elderhood is and embrace this stage of life that is speaking to us.

We will be co-leading this retreat with our own elder mentor Linda Moore, who will be creating ceremony and leading us in spaces to know ourselves in this space.

The herd will be our mirror of how we transverse the space of elderhood and claim it, our herd has many elders in it, and they beautifully help us align to this sacred journey.

Elderhood is a privilege and it is a space to be honoured.

Rooted: A Retreat of Self Claiming. June 27-29th 2025.

We still have space available to join us for this beautiful retreat of gathering the wisdom of horse medicine, the land and indigenous teachings with intention to support our self healing path.

We have come together with Carol Archie Tamara Archie to bring teachings of Secwepemc knowledge into the space of the horses to support our exploration of self and root into both our history and our future paths.

We are honoured to be able to create a space to cultivate and learn from one another, the horses and the land, and to bring these teachings together.

This retreat is open to all walks of life, cultures and nations, held in a space of respect and honoring of who we be in the world and how we journey.

Retreat begins on Friday and completes on Sunday, we include extra days for those travelling in.

Our retreats include:

2025 Retreat Season.

We have an exciting line up of retreats for this year and wanted to take the opportunity to share them with our community.
We have two branches of retreats that we run out of our retreat center, our women's retreats and our horse medicine leadership teaching retreats.

This year has been a space of collaboration, women coming together to share their gifts in a circle of women is something we feel really honoured to be able to do.

We have been enrolling our retreat spaces for this year and we do have a couple of spaces left for anyone that is interested in our retreat line up for the year.

I am going to have this post dedicated to our women's retreat line up this year and have a separate post to share about our horse medicine teaching retreats.

Our first retreat of the year is a retreat that we are co-facilitating with our own mentor for over the last 10 years, in our Elderhood Retreat.

This retreat has been inspired by the elders in our herd and the desire to create a space to honor this stage of life. Elderhood is earned and an honor to hold. The intent of this retreat is to bring ceremony the the perspective of the herd to embrace and land into Elderhood. This retreat is for women that feel aligned and resonate with being in the space of elderhood and are looking for a space that really honours them in that.

Our next retreat is held over Summer Solstice, the Matriarch of Mother. This retreat is for women that feel the resonance to the space of mother, to know their journey with this archetype more deeply and reclaim their power. This is the invitation to come and gather in the presence of horse medicine and be reminded of the healing and wisdom that we find in the arms of other women. I am co-holding this retreat with Britt Johnson, who is an astrologer and brings some amazing wisdom into connecting to this space and how it impacts our journey.

Next up is Rooted: A reclaiming of self through horse medicine, I am going to be partnering with Tamara Archie Carol Archie on the last weekend of June to bring indigenous teaching into the space of horse medicine and the connection to the land. I am really honoured to be able to bring Tamara and Carol into this space for us to be guided through Secwepemc knowledge carriers we will explore the importance of transformation as it applies to lived experience and inner work.

Our last women's retreat is held on August 1-3rd weekend is an exploration of our spirituality and horses. This retreat is for women that feel the call to explore their connection to spirituality through the connection to horses and how horses bring us closer to the space within ourselves.
