⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

"Wood Lake RV Park & Marina is a family oriented campground with friendly staff, people & beautiful lots for your RV. Lots that are equipped with hook-ups, wi-fi, fire, & a brightly painted picnic table. Different sizes of lots for the right size to fit your RV. The campground is bright, clean, well maintained & there are brightly painted animal signs to find your way around the park. The nature is beautiful the staff make your stay peaceful, respectful & accommodate everyone.

Wildlife, such as herons, owls, geese and birds & and a family of 4 ducks are seen around the park. A nice pond in the middle of the park adds a delightful scenery.
A clubhouse filled with activities in case of a rainy day to fill your time. A highlight was the hockey game during our stay.

I was surprised by the yellow ice truck attractively placed beside the office. I love the staff, friendly people that you meet, & the view equipped with paddling, swimming, fishing, a dock for jumping & the marina right beside the park.

My husband & I love this park every time we visit. Events are scheduled regularly, or you can enjoy talking to your neighbours & meet new friends. The park is nestled away from traffic & located beside a 17.5km trail. You can begin your exploration right from the park. We recommend this park for everything that you want in a holiday."- Elizabeth W., 2024

What a fantastic Victoria Day Weekend! The weather was very typical for May Long but our happy campers made the best of it! We had a muskrat chilling out in the creek and saw some turtles basking in the sunshine. Thanks Shyan for the photos. Safe travels today everyone 🤗

There is a lot to see and do in Lake Country while you're camping! Today, we feature BEASLEY PARK. Just a short 15 minute walk from the park, Beasley is a great family park with a community center, soccer field, volleyball courts, beach area and playground with a pavilion and picnic area. Beasley Park offers plenty of parking and lots of shaded areas. Sorry, no dogs April 1 - Sept 30.

There is a lot to see and do in Lake Country while you're camping! Today, we feature The Kangaroo Creek Farm! Kangaroo Creek Farm is a quick 15 minute drive from the park. KCF prides itself on being as non-commercial as possible. Pet a joey, hold a sugar glider or a parrot. See emus, capybara, goats, chickens, African crested porcupine, tortoise, peacocks, pot bellied pigs, wallaroo, bennet wallaby and the reptile house! The best time of day to visit is first thing in the morning when the animals are at their most lively and still eager for their treats. Please NO DOGS. Make arrangements to leave your dog at your RV. Absolutely no smoking on the farm.
Snacks and beverages are available for sale at the park. This is an awesome adventure for the entire family.
