Summer dining has arrived at The Post House - SIX days a week - Tuesday to Sunday!☀️

Launching Wednesday, June 3, our all-new Summer Menu is a refined multi-course dining experience inspired by the flavours of the season and the beauty of the Haliburton Highlands.

Enjoy dishes like Lobster Raviolo with carrot butter sauce, Salmon Tataki with whiskey shoyu, Quebec Duck Breast with lavender jus, Grilled Halibut with saffron fumet, and decadent desserts including S’mores and Piña Colada. Thoughtfully curated from start to finish for an unforgettable summer evening. ✨

Our summer dining experience is $115 per person and we are now open 6 days a week for dinner service, including our NEW Bistro Tuesdays (see the à la carte Bistro menu on our website or grid for options & pricing).

We’re so pleased to share a sneak preview of the four beautifully renovated guest rooms inside our historic main lodge ✨

Introducing Mayapple, Lady Slipper, and Wild Strawberry - available starting June 1, along with Starflower arriving mid-June.

Each room features a private en suite and a king-sized bed that can also be converted into XL twin beds, offering comfort and flexibility for every stay.

We’re thrilled to add these thoughtfully designed spaces to our lakeside accommodation collection alongside our private cottages.
