A Rare Seat at the Table: For one night only (THIS FRIDAY, June 19), The Haliburton Post House invites you to experience its annual tasting menu, an evening reserved for Feast On® Wine Week and unlike anything else offered throughout the year.

Created in partnership with The Grange of Prince Edward County, this exclusive dining experience brings together exceptional wines, thoughtful pairings, and a multi-course menu designed to celebrate the very best of Ontario’s food and wine culture.

Rooted in more than two decades of winemaking, The Grange is home to some of Prince Edward County’s most established vineyard plantings. Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a curated journey featuring celebrated varietals including Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Rosé, and Syrah, complemented by select cocktail moments from Spirit of York Distillery Co.

From sunchoke with crowdie farmhouse cheese and dill pollen, to trout cooked in beeswax, rabbit royal with black truffle, Harley Farms lamb, and a hascap cobbler finale, each course has been carefully crafted to showcase the season and the region.

This is not a menu you’ll find on a regular Friday night and - it is the only tasting menu The Post House will offer this year.

The Wine Shop is open and a taste of Prince Edward County has arrived. Our latest selection features an assortment of wines from Prince Edward County, including favourites from The Grange.

Visit The Haliburton Post House Wine Shop Saturdays and Sundays from 2–5 p.m. to explore the collection and take home a bottle or two.

Planning dinner with us? These wines are also available in our dining room and pair beautifully with our seasonal menu.

Pro tip: Fresh sourdough bread is also available at the Wine Shop while quantities last. 🍞
