Renovations update: Grading the sub floor might seem a small detail, but it is surprisingly important. We don't want stubbed toes, or patrons tripping, every time someone enters the steam rooms.

Renovations update: This tool resembles a large soldering iron, both in form and function. Fusion Welding is stronger than any bonding agent. The trim and the liner become one piece.

Pool liner is being installed by and they certainly bring their work ethic 👷💪. Incredibly they already stripped off the old liner, now the outdoor pool is very nearly complete.

Renovations update: This reinforced concrete wall will separate the new cold plunge 🥶 area from the main Mineral Pool ♨️. Pouring this early was key to meeting the timelines for this project. ⏱️

A lot of materials arriving, far too much for the elevator. We closed part of Langdon Crescent to crane them right up to the pool deck. The deck itself was protected by some pieces of plywood to keep it fresh and new.

Renovations Update: Exciting as the project is, this is always a melancholic sight for us. The Mineral Spa should be full of people, catching up with friends or relaxing with family. Here it is, empty 😥
