We’ve started harvesting fresh blueberries right from our fields here in Parrsboro, and there’s nothing better than enjoying the taste of Nova Scotia in our homemade pancakes. 🥞🫐

From our fields to your breakfast plate — that’s a pretty sweet way to start the day. 💙 A little note: Our fresh blueberry pancakes are served exclusively to guests staying at the Sunshine Inn and are not currently available to the public.

The new date for the Cliffs of Fundy BioBlitz is August 10th!
Whether you participated in the Big Backyard BioBlitz from home or are doing this for the first time, we would love to see you there! We will be gathering at The Sunshine Inn (4487 Highway 2 Cross Roads, NS B0M 1S0) to explore local wildlife, plants, and biodiversity together. It will run 10:00am-12:00pm.
To make the day extra special, our wonderful sponsor, the Sunshine Inn, is hosting a free community BBQ for all participants!
