A little more rain tonight here 🤦‍♂️ it’s been a wet week, bring on the heat for the first long weekend.
The grounds are very soft so there’s still some areas too wet too park.
The office and store/kitchen will open this weekend as well, happy long weekend!

This should be a no brainer but 🤷‍♂️plz no ashes in the leaf pile as we go in and push it around with the tractor and are in and out with the 4 wheelers dumping trailer loads of leaves. I would think the scrap wood pile up behind the garbage bins would be a great spot to dump fireplace ashes.
Once again if you don’t know just ask plz it’s FREE!
And plz don’t throw garbage in the leaf bag with the leaves, another no brainer🤷‍♂️

Ok the first and second field roads are now open and the softest spots are staked off. That said it is still very soft in many places so please be kind and maybe park trucks by the barn or gravel parking lot, or main parking lot, especially if you have to come and go a bunch of times.

Another no rain day and things are drying up nicely, if this forcast sticks we might open up the roads up into fields one and two by Friday. Likely still have to stake off some soft spots for another week but 🤞the rain holds off all together and bring on some warmer temps anytime 🙏🏻

Didn’t get the rain today as we were suppose too so things keep drying up nicely.
Got most docks pushed in off the lakefront to wait for the water level to drop down more.
Leaves are really coming fast and get the lawn mowers ready the grass is growing fast in places already.
Most likely going to take another week until all roads are open and the grounds have dried up enough, we will follow the weather forecast and see how it goes.

Just to make people aware as it’s something that’s not talked about enough.
TICK’s,
I took my first one off me this week one night after work and that day I had not been around any bush or long grasses of any kind. Just working around the park that day.
So they are easy to get on you especially as a kid rolling around playing in the grass or leaves.
Best to check nightly or anytime the kids have been out playing really, just thought I’d share to make people aware.
There’s many kinds too when you google them,
