The ice is thick and the ice huts with their fishermen are all out there. It’s a small community. Hope they are catching fish cause it is windy and cold. James has started an ice rink. Winter is in full swing.

Winter is definitely on its way. Our Bay is partially ice and snow covered. Won’t be long and it will all be frozen over. Hopefully this winter people will wait until it is good, thick and solid before venturing out on it.

Looks like our first snowfall looks fantastic. All trailers are doing just fine. I could not see any other footprints in the snow. Nothing is stirring.

Our newest Brennan Harbour member, Woodifer, carved by Master Chainsaw Carver, Rick Renaud. Thank you Rick. Woodifer will watch over us all by keeping an eye on everyone coming along. He belongs to the woodland spirits. Isn’t he phenomenal?

Another successful ‘Meet n Greet’ this past Saturday. Introduced our new Campers and talked about a few things. Then everyone enjoyed Wanda’s home baked loafs and cookies 🍪 along with coffee ☕️ and juice 🧃. Thank you all for coming out on a slightly foggy morning.

Welcome back Campers. We are open for another season and thought we would treat you all to a phenomenal night light show. The Northern Lights last night were simply out of this world. Amazing what the camera sees versus what the naked eye sees. Apparently we are to have a repeat tonight at 10:00pm or so. The clouds and rain may hide most or all.
Have a fantastic summer Campers and don’t forget about our ‘Meet ‘N’ Greet’ next weekend at 10:00am Saturday, May 18 (or Sunday if it rains).

I guess Old Man Winter wanted one more kick at the cat. This is April 24 and we should not be having any snow. Where is our warm weather? I hope summer gets here soon. Camping season opens in a few days.
