Many buildings in Toronto still run on legacy drawings. Scanned, faded, and impossible to edit.

We recently converted a set of 1974 MEP as-builts for a Class A office tower in downtown Toronto into clean, layered CAD files. Same drawings, now ready for renovation planning, coordination and facility management.

What the service includes:

• Paper and PDF drawing sets converted into CAD files
• Linework organized in layers by system
• Turnaround of 2 business days per sheet
